Where will this challenge holds?

You will receive daily videos of not more than 10 minutes in your emails. You will also be put on a support group on either Facebook or telegram depending on your preference.

Is it compulsory to show up everyday?

It’s not compulsory but I strongly recommend that you do. 10 Minutes everyday is not too much for your marriage’s growth and happiness.

What if I miss a day?

You can always pick up from wherever when you get back. No need to beat yourself up.

What if I dont want to be on the telegram or Facebook platform?

It’s okay if you don’t want to be on either platform. You will receive daily trainings and tasks in your email but I encourage you to be on the platform even if you won’t say a word. Being in a community of like minded people helps you to keep going and encourages you to play your part
